Faculty

The backbone of an educational institution is its faculty. Toc H faculty has a strength of 135 teachers comprising of Post Graduate teachers, Trained Graduate teachers, Nursery Teachers and teachers specially equipped to train in various extra-curricular activities. This enables the School to maintain a teacher-student ratio of 1:20, thereby enabling personalized attention and guidance to bring out the best in the students. 

Competent and committed, the teachers at Toc H look after the intellectual, physical and moral well-being of each and every student. The prime motto of the faculty is to mould the students into well-rounded and mature personalities. 

The School is just now embarking on a mission to equip students with skills designed to cope with the Information Age. Naturally, this entails the faculty continuously updating themselves with the latest global trends.

Renumeration - Teaching Staff

School pay handsome remuneration with amenities like DA, HRA, CCA etc. to the teaching staff as per the prevailing Kerala Government rules. School follows contributory PF method for the benefit of the teachers. Disbursement of salary is done through The South Indian Bank, Toc H School Road Branch.

Salary scales - 2022 - 2023

Providing strong support for the administrative activities is a body of 90 administrative personnel. The School's administrative staff are an enlightened and experienced work-force known for efficiency and expedition, along with the human touch. The staff are headed by Mrs. Kalpana Mathew., Office Superintendent.
